Special calcium carbonate for plastics
SPSL-series nanometer and submicrometer active calcium carbonate can be applied in plastic, such as injection molding, conventional extrusion, etc. They can be used in not only all kinds of modification including PVC, PP, PE, ABS, PS, but also in such fields as UPVC plastics construction materials, wires and cables, FRP, etc.
SPSL-series products can effectively enhance rigidity, toughness and bend strength of materials. Under higher filling content, they can also increase toughness many times. After active treatment for surface, they have good compatibility with polymer, and have good stabilization of the melt strength and product size, and enhance surface finish quality of the products; and partly replace expensive filling materials and modification agents, reduce dosage of resins, thus reduce the cost of products, making them more competitive.
